Applies To: Online courses, certification programs, Professional Development Programs (PDPs), memberships, and LMS platform services offered by the Institute of Artificial Intelligence (IOAI) via www.ioaiglobal.org

At IOAI, we are committed to providing high-quality, accessible, and impactful AI education. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with digital learning standards.

 

General Policy Overview

Due to the digital nature of our services and instant access to course materials upon enrollment, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to course content or membership resources has been granted.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered under the following exceptional conditions:

Duplicate payment made in error.

Technical failure preventing access to the course (after IOAI has verified the issue and confirmed no resolution was possible).

Non-delivery of the course/program due to administrative error or cancellation by IOAI.

 

To qualify, you must:

Submit a written refund request within 7 days of the transaction date.

Provide proof of payment and a clear reason for the request.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not provided for the following:

Change of mind after purchase.

Failure to complete or participate in the course/program.

Discounted or promotional course purchases.

Membership subscriptions once digital credentials or content access is activated.

Failure to meet personal or professional expectations outside the scope of course content.

 

Membership Fees

All IOAI Memberships (Individual or Institutional) are non-refundable once approved and activated. Membership benefits, resources, and digital badges are delivered instantly, making them non-reversible.

 

Course Access & Cancellations

Once a course or certification program has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed—even partially—no refund will be issued. In rare cases of technical error or misdelivery, IOAI may issue a course exchange or credit at its discretion.

 

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Transaction fees (if any) deducted by third-party payment gateways are non-refundable.

 

Right to Modify

IOAI reserves the right to update or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current policy terms.
